Emily Richards, head trainer of Royal Ridge Equestrian Center, has worked
extensively with many breeds of horses including: Thoroughbreds,
Warmbloods, various pony breeds, Arabians, Paints, Quarter Horses,
Mustangs, Morgans, National Show Horses, Saddlebreds, and more...
Specializing in the hunter/ jumper, Emily primarily shows on the
GSDHJA circuit. Although, you can usually see her on other various
circuits throughout the show season including CPHA, Flying Hooves
Miramar and some A rated competitions.
For years Emily specialized in the Arabian horse, showing in western
pleasure, hunter pleasure, hunter over fences, show hack, saddleseat,
and dressage. She finally decided that the arabian circuit just wasn't
for her and that her heart was in training the hunter jumper horse and
rider.
